are within an impressive Georgian style building set
back from the main road where there is unrestricted
parking. There is an excellent bus service almost at
the door. Buses run to and from Princes Street every
5 minutes during the day. They take approximately 20
minutes and the adult fare is £1 each way.
We have owned and operated the apartments
for over 20 years. We provide comfortable, clean and
affordable accommodation for the discerning visitor
and operate a no smoking policy throughout the building.
Whether you stay in a single room or one of our self
contained suites you'll find that each is furnished
and equipped to a high standard. The volume of repeat
visitors and word of mouth allows us to keep our costs
low and offer very competitive prices.

The Area
The apartments are situated in the quiet
seaside area of portobello. Only 200 metres from a blue
flag beach and a wide promenade which stretches for
nearlt 2 miles. The local swimming pool and fitness
facilities have been completely refurbished and are
open 7 days a week. Local shops and a variety of restaurants,
cafes and take aways are open late in the evening and
on Sundays so you do not have to worry about bringing
groceries with you.
Both Meadowbank and Musselburgh Sports
Complexes are only a mile away, easily reached by bus
or car. They offer extensive facilities including squash,
table tennis, badminton and fitness rooms. There are
3 golf courses nearby which welcome visitors.
There is a large shopping complex nearby
with Mega bowl, multi screen cinema and a wide variety
of shops and food outlets.

grading organisation.
