1 - Contact us
Once you have decided on your preferred
dates and room type please contact us either by phone
on (44) (0) 131 669 1044 or by email on info@numberfive.com.
As we offer a variety of accommodation we regret we
are unable to provide an on-line booking system.
Step 2 - Receive a response within
24hrs
We aim to respond to all our email enquiries
within 24hrs and will provide you with a personalised
quote based on current rates and availability. This
will also be our opportunity to respond to any of your
specific queries our website was unable to answer.
Step 3 - Secure your booking
We require a one third deposit to confirm
your booking but will hold the reservation for 7 days
to allow you to make a payment. We now accept all major
credit and debit cards so many of our customers like
to pay this over the phone. However, you can also send
a cheque made payable to Numberfive Self Catering Apartments
to the address opposite. If you enquired by email further
details will be available in our reply.
The small print
We ask that all balances for bookings during high season
are settled 6 weeks in advance. We will also be as flexible
as possible with changes and cancellations provided
we are able to re-book the room. As a result, we suggest
you take out independent cancellation insurance.
