At Numberfive we offer flexibility in
your length of stay. Apartments booked for 6 weeks or
longer (usually excludes August) qualify for our long
stay discount.
- Singles from only £100 per room
per week
- Double/Twins from only £125 per
room per week
- Double Ensuite from only £155
per room per week
- Suites from only £175 per apartment
per week
Please contact us with your preferred
dates so we can offer you our lowest price.
Terms and Conditions
A letter of agreement must be signed upon arrival in
order to secure the above rates. A summary of which
can be found below:
1. A deposit is paid which is returned
on completion of booking
2. Minimum stay is 6 weeks
3. Two weeks notice is given
4. No damage is incurred
5. Room is left clean
6. Own
linen is provided (this can be hired at a single
payment of £10 per person)
7. No pictures are put on the walls
without owners consent
8. No claim is made for rent allowance
or benefit
9. No smoking is permitted in the
building
10. No overnight guests are permitted
without prior consent of the owners
